Our 7 steps to the perfect kitchen
So, you like what you have seen so far and are interested in working with us. The following information will explain what happens next and the process that follows from our initial introduction right through to your beautiful new kitchen being expertly installed. If you would like to discuss any of these steps further please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be delighted to answer any queries you may have.
Step 1: showroom visit
When you initially visit our showroom we will happily show you around our various displays and discuss the many features and options available. Here you will get a taste of what our German kitchen partner Pronorm have to offer along with the chance to see the exceptional quality of our designs.
Step 2: Design Consultation
Once you are fully satisfied that what we have to offer is for you, we can arrange a convenient time for a home visit to be carried out. You can either arrange that whilst in the showroom or you can give us a call once you have had a chance to process the various information gathered from your recent visit. Either way we will arrange this at a date and time that suits you. If you have any special requirements or are unable to visit the showroom please advise us accordingly and we will accommodate them as best as possible.
Step 3: Home Survey
Our home survey allows us to take our initial discussions further and from here we will establish a design brief for us to work to. This will ultimately allow us to create your perfect kitchen.
Step 4: Presentation
Now for the exciting and fun part. We have designed your kitchen and it’s now time for you to get to see what we have proposed. We will invite you back to the showroom at a time that suits to view our proposals on a large screen. We use the very latest photo realistic 3D virtual design software which will allow you to walk through and visualize exactly how your new kitchen will look.
Step 5: Order your kitchen
You have confirmed you are 100% happy with your design and specification and would now like to proceed and turn our proposal into a reality.
The next step is to confirm a fit date that is suitable and then sign your contract paperwork. At this stage you will pay an initial deposit and on receipt of that payment we will then order all the items required.
Step 6: Installation
Shortly after you have placed your order with us a pre-installation check will be carried out. We will double check all our measurements and dimensions along with your plumbing and electrical requirements. We will confirm the scope of any other works that may be required and have these all organised and scheduled ahead of time.
Step 7: Inspection
Before we hand your beautiful new kitchen back to you to use, we will carry out, one last final inspection to ensure everything is in perfect working order. This will be carried out once your installation is completely finished.
This gives us the chance to check that you are completely satisfied with our service and workmanship and also to answer any last-minute questions you may have about any of its components.
